These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the purchase, access, and use of digital products (“Resources”) developed by Ancestry (“we,” “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our Resources, you (“you,” “the user,” “the customer”) acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

General conditions

1.1. Our digital products may include, among others, plugins, configuration files, server setups, and other related resources.

1.2. Ancestry reserves the authority to revise or modify these Terms and Conditions at any moment without prior notice. By continuing to use our Resources after such revisions, you acknowledge and accept the updated Terms and Conditions.

Product use

2.1. All Resources are provided under a license and are not sold outright. When you make a purchase, you obtain a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the product.

2.2. Redistribution, resale, leaks, sharing, or presenting our products as your own work is strictly forbidden.

2.3. The use of our branding, logos, promotional materials, banners, or product images without prior written authorization is not permitted.

2.4. You may utilize the product for both personal and commercial purposes, as long as you comply with the licensing restrictions.

Payment & Refunds

3.1. All purchases of our Resources must be completed through the payment methods available on the platform.

3.2. Payments are processed securely, and you are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

3.3. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided.

3.4. Any request for refunds must be submitted within a reasonable period and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you download the product and request a refund, it will not be refunded.

3.5. Refund requests made through chargebacks, disputes, or payment processors will result in revocation of your license and a permanent ban from all future purchases.

Limitation of Liability

4.1. Ancestry is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Resources.

4.2. We do not guarantee that our products will meet all of your requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4.3. You agree to use our Resources at your own risk. Any decisions made or actions taken based on the use of our products are your responsibility.

4.4. In no event shall Ancestry’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Resource in question.

4.5. You are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of our Resources with your own server, plugins, or configuration environment.

4.6. All Resources are provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied.

Support and Updates

5.1. Ancestry may provide updates, patches, or improvements for our Resources at its discretion.

5.2. Support may be offered for issues related to our Resources, but response times and availability are not guaranteed.

5.3. Support is available through Discord for all of our products. Assistance must be requested via a ticket and not through private messages.

5.4. Support does not cover customization requests, conflicts with third-party software, or modifications outside the original scope of the Resource.

5.5. Updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility with new versions of software, plugins, or server environments, and continued use of outdated versions may be at your own risk.

5.6. Updates may be released at our discretion but are not guaranteed. Purchasing a resource only guarantees access to one working copy of the product, not continuous updates or new features.

5.7. Ancestry is not obligated to provide support or updates indefinitely.

Termination of License

6.1. Ancestry reserves the right to revoke your license if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, redistribute our products, or initiate chargebacks/disputes.

6.2. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Resource and delete all copies.

6.3. Termination does not release you from obligations incurred prior to termination, including payments or liability for abuse.

Final Agreement

By purchasing any Resource from Ancestry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
